Many items sold by the online store may differ slightly from the photos provided. This is because they are natural products and the form of each is unique. Withdrawal - Return Policy
1.1.Withdrawal before the Receipt of the Goods

After the cancellation, the Company will proceed with the interest-free refund process of the amount you may have paid (excluding the case of cash on delivery payment).
(b) The above refund will be made either by credit of your bank account or by credit of your credit / debit card, depending on the means of payment you used for your initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise via email to be sent at firstname.lastname@example.org. If it is done with credit of your bank account, inform us via email and specifically at email@example.com for your account number (IBAN), the bank that maintains the account and the name of the beneficiary as it is mentioned in the account. Occasionally there may be a delay in crediting your credit / debit card which may be due to the bank. 1.3. Defective Goods
(a) The Company takes all possible measures so that all Goods (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that one of the Goods will be damaged when it is sent to you. Also in very rare cases there is a case to receive Goods with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your above right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.
